1. Ingredients:

  • a kilo of cucumbers,
  • a couple of cloves of garlic,
  • tablespoon salt (Topless),
  • fresh herbs (dill and parsley),
  • ground black pepper (or mixture of peppers),
  • dry mustard and coriander (2 tea spoons).

How to prepare: cucumbers should be well washed and cut them tails. If the vegetables are large, preferably cut into slices thickness of about two centimeters, if small cucumbers, then cut it into four parts along. Then in a separate bowl add the garlic and dill and parsley, salt and spices.

Take a jar or food container and insert the ingredients in the following order: first layer of cucumbers, then seasoning, then a layer of cucumbers – layer seasoning, and so on until you run out of all the products. Close tight container or jar and thoroughly shake to products is well mixed. After an hour cucumbers will be already ready.

2. Ingredients:

  • 1 kilogram of cucumbers,
  • dill
  • tablespoon salt, and 2 cloves of garlic.

  • 2 kg of cucumbers,

  • teaspoon vinegar,
  • onion – 1 pieces,
  • 3-4 cloves garlic,
  • 7-8 carnations,
  • purified fuck (root) – 5-6 pieces,
  • black pepper (peas) – 7-8 pieces,
  • 1 horseradish leaf,
  • 2 fennel (umbrella)
  • and the branch with leaves currant.

How to prepare:

1. Cucumbers place in a large pot or bucket, cover with cold water and leave for 4-5 hours periodically changing the water (2-3 times).

2. Clean the onion, cut into 4 pieces and place in sterilized jars.

4. Put cucumbers in a jar and pour boiling water to the brim.
