Committed design school students may have found themselves wondering about their favorite fonts as animate objects, indeed, if they had personalities, characters, or perhaps even distinct tastes. Lithuanian design studio PRIMPRIM carried out such musings, symbolizing typefaces such as Comic Sans, Times, and Courier New as their varying edible counterparts (marshmallows, eggs and bacon, and a tuna sandwich, respectively). The imagined foods were then recreated using paper, making for an interesting, methodical design project that differs from PRIMPRIM’s other work in graphics. Enjoy a look at the pieces above.
