Okroshka on kvass
You will need:
kvas – 1-1,5 l
sausage 300 g
potatoes 500 g,
3 eggs,
cucumbers 300 g
radish 200 g,
sour cream, salt, pepper, fresh herbs to taste
Boil the potatoes, cool and clean. Cut the potatoes and sausage diced. Boil eggs and also cut into cubes. Thinly slice radish. Diced chopped cucumber. Chopped parsley. Stir sausage, potatoes, radishes, cucumbers and eggs. Pepper and salt to taste. Put everything into a bowl, pour kvass and sprinkle with herbs. Served on the table with sour cream. Kvass for okroshka is desirable to use white.

Okroshka on serum
You will need:
serum – 2 l,
sausage (sausage) – 250 g,
cucumber – 3 PCs,
egg – 4 PCs;
parsley – 1 bunch,
green onions – 1 bunch,
sour cream – 450 gr
dill – 1 bunch,
lemon – 2 PCs

Finely cut the onions and cucumbers, finely chop. Put in a pan. Add sour cream and then mix well. Cook eggs, finely chopped them up and sausage. Add to the pan and again mix well. There also add two litres of whey. Add salt, squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Stir and put on some time in the refrigerator to soup настоялся. Before serving the dish squeeze the garlic clove.
Okroshka on kefir
You will need:
chicken breast – 90 gr
kefir – 300 ml
radish – 60 g,
water sparkling – 250 ml
cucumbers, 100 g,
egg – 2 PCs,
dill – 10 g,
cilantro (coriander) – 10 g,
green onion – 10 g,
parsley – 10 g,
Bay leaf – 1 piece,
rice vinegar – 20 ml,
salt, black pepper – to taste

Eggs boil. Cut into small cubes chicken broth and boil it with Bay leaf, salt and pepper. Finely chop radish, cucumber, eggs, cilantro, parsley, onion and part of dill. Mix soda, vinegar and 300 ml of kefir. Cut the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, put them on plates and pour kefir with carbonated water. Salt and pepper to taste, stir again. Before serving hodgepodge decorate the remaining dill.

Okroshka on the beer
You will need:
radish – 2 pieces,
beer – 1 l
green onions – 1 bunch,
cucumbers – 2 PS,
2 potatoes,
cooked sausage 400 gr
egg – 2 PCs,
salt – to taste
Wash and boil the potatoes in their jackets. Allow to cool, then peel and cut into small cubes. Wash and cut into small dice cucumbers. Boil hard boiled eggs, cool, peel and finely chop. Small cubes cut sausage. Wash radish and cut into thin rings. Wash green onions and finely chop. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add salt to taste and mix well. Pour cold beer and again mix well. The dish is ready!

Okroshka on meat broth
You will need:
chicken leg quarter – 2 pieces,
egg – 3 PCs,
potatoes – 4 PCs;
cucumber – 2 pieces,
dill -1 beam,
green onion -1 beam,
sour cream – 200 g,
mayonnaise 200 g,
citric acid 1/3 tsp.,
salt – to taste
Potatoes and eggs boil and peel. From chicken cook soup. Get meat, allow to cool, separate meat from bones and cut into cubes. Finely chopped fresh herbs. Chopped eggs and vegetables. All the ingredients are mixed in a large bowl, add sour cream and mayonnaise. Pour broth, salt hodgepodge to taste and add citric acid. One hour in the refrigerator. Serve cold. Bon appetite!
