That need:

– greens, lettuce, dill, green onions, parsley, spinach, 30 g)

– 100 g radishes, 4 medium cucumber, 4 large tomatoes

– cottage cheese, 300 ml of sour cream, cream 150 ml

– 150 g carrots, 2 medium onion, 500 g young potatoes

– 5 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper to taste

– 2 chicken fillet (you can do without chicken)

Chop greens finely and divide it into four equal parts. In a bowl, put the cottage cheese, add 150 g sour cream and one part of greenery.

All mix thoroughly.

Finely chop two onions, carrots RUB on a large grater. Fry the onion in a pan, add carrot, and then finely sliced mushrooms. A good cook about 20 minutes.

Now we prepare the chicken. Cut the fillet into small pieces, add salt, one part of greenery and pepper.

Fry until Golden brown (15 minutes). Add the mushrooms and vegetables, simmer 15 minutes, 5 minutes till the readiness add the cream and salt to taste.

Put in the oven for baking tomatoes and potatoes at 190 degrees. Tomatoes bake for 20 minutes, potatoes – 40 minutes.

While baked vegetables, preparing salad. Finely crumble lettuce. Cut radish, cucumbers, all fold in a Cup, add the remainder of the greens, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
